Camp Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro- In connection to PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030 as enhanced by the Chief, PNP’s Strategic Focus “CODE-P: 2013 and Beyond, PRO MIMAROPA conducted Advance e-Learning Examination started on March 11-13, 2015 and March 18-20 at Conference Room, Camp Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro while Police Provincial Offices and Municipal Police Stations conduct their own examination thru PPSMU and CPSMU’s.

The e-Learning project was formulated and implemented in PRO COR in 2012, subsequently; it was also implemented in CIDG in 2013.The e-Learning consisted of six modules about the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030.Personnel were able to access the e-Learning modules online and were able to take the corresponding proctored exams in their places of assignment.

 Advance e-Learning aimed to ensure in-depth understanding among all PNP Personnel regarding PNP.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030 topics such as Developing Charter Statement; Personal Charter Statement; Key Roles of the Technical Working Group, Regional Advisory Council for Police Transformation and Development, Regional Police Strategy Management Unit; Steps in conducting Strategy and Operations Review, Operations Review Matrix and CODE-P. It is designed to enhance the level of understanding, acceptance and quality of participation in the implementation of the transformation agenda of all PNP Uniformed and Non-Uniformed Personnel from the offices of the top management level down to the lowest personnel of PNP Office nationwide.

Camp Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City- Results of the continuous combat against wanted persons in PRO MIMAROPA under the stewardship of PCSUPT DENNIS JURILLA PEÑA, Acting Regional Director yielded to 64 arrests in a 10-day police operations from March 1-10, 2015 region wide.

The successful police operations launched against the wanted criminals, to whom warrant of arrest has been issued by the competent authority was due to the concerted efforts exerted by the police personnel of PRO MIMAROPA , members of the Regional Support Units and other Law Enforcement Agencies under the stern supervision of PSSUPT MARCELO CASABUENA MORALES, Chief, Regional Directorial Staff and the concurrent Chairman of Regional Committee on Wanted Person who closely supervises the accomplishments of all the Police Provincial Offices and City Police Office in line with the Letter of Instruction 03/11 MANHUNT CHARLIE in a weekly basis through the Office of the Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division.

Out of the 64 wanted persons arrested, twenty (20) came from the province of Oriental Mindoro, five (5) from the province of Occidental Mindoro, three (3) from Marinduque, eighteen (18) from the province of Romblon, seventeen (17) from the province of Palawan and one (1) from Puerto Princesa City.

Odious crimes committed by those arrested criminals were Homicide, Frustrated Homicide, Frustrated Murder, Theft, Robbery, Rape in Relation to RA 7610, Acts of Lasciviousness, Violation of PD 1602, Serious, Estafa, Physical Injury and Rape.

With these triumphant accomplishments of   PRO MIMAROPA, it is still believe that the best deterrent against crime is the certainty of arrest and conviction of criminals thus will eventually reduce the number of criminals who roam the streets ready to pounce on unwitting and defenseless citizenry thus further contribute in the development of peaceful community.
