Camp Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City- On December 14, 2012 at about 4:00 PM, thirty five (35) new Police Inspectors composed of Thirty one (31) male and four (4) female   took oath in a simple ceremony held at PRO MIMAROPA Grandstand, Camp Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City for the Lateral Entry Program CY 2012.

 The said ceremony was attended by DR. Margarita A Montemayor, Regional Director, NAPOLCOM 4B, PCSUPT MELITO M MABILIN, Regional Director, PRO MIMAROPA, Command Group/Directorial Staff, media practitioners, family and loved ones of the new Police Inspectors.

 PSSUPT MICHAEL I BAYSA, Regional Human Resources Development Division, presented the new Police Inspectors to PCSUPT MABILIN who was then accepted and officiated their oath.

Camp Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City- On December 11, 2012 at about 5:00 PM, PNP Officers’ Ladies Club 4B headed by Mrs. Filipina Mabilin, Adviser, PNP OLC 4B and wife of PCSUPT MELITO M MABILIN, Regional Director, and Mrs. Rochelle Layon, President, PNP OLC 4B and wife of PCSUPT EDGAR L LAYON, Deputy Regional Director for Administration joined “Mardi Gras in December”, a fund raising activity for the victims of super typhoon ‘Pablo‘ in Southern Mindanao. The fund raising 2012 steered by the PNP Officers’ Ladies Club with DR. NOEMIA D BARTOLOME, Adviser, PNP OLC, at the Multi-Purpose Center, PNP National Headquarters, Camp Crame, Quezon City.

 Police Regional Offices were represented by their respective ladies with a total of three hundred (300) ladies, all wives of Police Commissioned Officers. The said activity was highlighted by the presence of PDG NICANOR A BARTOLOME, Chief, PNP, and his Directorial Staff.

 PDG BARTOLOME stated during his message the cancellation of the PNP Christmas parties celebration nationwide as a gesture of sympathy to thousands of victims of super typhoon Pablo.
