Camp Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City –PCSUPT ARTEMIO GONZALEZ HICBAN, PESE, Regional Director, PRO MIMAROPA, together with the Command Group and Directorial/Division Staff welcomed the Guest of Honor CONGRESSMAN REYNALDO V UMALI, 2^nd District of Oriental Mindoro for the 1^st Regional Director’s Cup last July 6 to 8, 2012 in cooperation with National Range Institute Area 5 and Wilson Gun Club held at MIMAROPA Firing Range, Camp Efigenio C Navarro, Brgy. Suqui, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro.

The activity started with the Opening Ceremony and followed by the Ceremonial Shoot led by PCSUPT ARTEMIO GONZALES HICBAN, PESE, Regional Director together with Congressman UMALI and the Command Group. Afterwards, PSSUPT DE JESUS, Match Director declared all stages open for all PNP and civilian shooters.

 The shooting Competition was participated by Hon. Bong Brucal, City Councillor, Calapan City; team from Regional Headquarters led by PCSUPT ARTEMIO GONZALES HICBAN, PESE, Regional Director together with PCSUPT EDGAR LAYESE LAYON, Ph.D., CSEE, Deputy Regional Director for Administration, PSSUPT VIRGILIO C PARROCHA, Chief, Regional Directorial Staff, PSSUPT MICHAEL I BAYSA, Chief RPHRDD, PSSUPT PASCUAL G MUÑOS JR, Chief RCD and PSI EUNICE S DE GUZMAN (Lady Shooter),; Team from Palawan led by PSSUPT REYNALDO B JAGMIS, Provincial Director; Team from Puerto Princesa City Police Office led by PSSUPT ABAD H OSIT, City Director; Team from Mindoro Oriental PPO lead by PSSUPT ANTHONY ALCAÑESES, Provincial Director; Team from Batangas Rifle and Pistol Group (BRPG); Gun Clubs from the southern part of Oriental Mindoro such as Lions of Mindoro Gun Club from Municipality of Roxas and Mangyan Shooters from Municipality of Pinamalayan; Team from North Puerto Galera Range Group led by MR. Dieter Schwab and other PNP and civilian shooters.

 At the end of the competition, Certificate of Appreciation was awarded to PSI ALDO V PATACSIL, Range Master, SPO4 Jose Matchimura (Ret.) Chief Range Officer, Mr. Arsenio Cirujano, Stats Director and WILSON GUN CLUB for their valuable support during the said events. Likewise, competitors who achieved the highest points during the match were awarded by corresponding trophies and medals.
