ANNOUNCEMENT CY 2010 Regular Promotion Program Be informed that the last submission of promotional folder ("A" and "B" ) to R1 Division is on July 30, 2010 and please be advised that the Qualification Standards outlined in the NAPOLCOM Resolution Number 2002-034 still prevail, however, the Time-In-Grade required for the PO1 to PO2 promotion shall be four (4) years. The reckoning date for computing Time-In-Grade shall be December 31, 2010. Promotion Board Secretariats shall not accept and concede promotion folders of applicants who did not meet the four (4) QS and with lacking requirements. Police Officer 3 will not be opened for promotion considering that the authorized ceiling exceeds the actual number of personnel leaving a positive variance of five thousand four hundred ten (5,410). Those applicants who are still on training/schooling or the result of the eligibility examination is still unpublished or considered as "forthcoming" will not be considered for promotion and there shall be no promotion on temporary status. |
